The NYT also has a piece on a museum in Madison, Georgia, dedicated to European microcars. There's a slide show here.
I wouldn't mind if Hyundai or Kia or some other upstart car company found a way to bring back these things. It might be a safer (and more comfortable) alternative to motorcycles.
Heck, I'd be happy if there were just more Mini Coopers or SmartCars on the streets of Seoul.
Pearls of witticism from 'Bo the Blogger: Kushibo's Korea blog... Kushibo-e Kibun... Now with Less kimchi, more nunchi. Random thoughts and commentary (and indiscernibly opaque humor) about selected social, political, economic, and health-related issues of the day affecting "foreans," Koreans, Korea and East Asia, along with the US, especially Hawaii, Orange County and the rest of California, plus anything else that is deemed worthy of discussion. Forza Corea!
