Pyongyang asks for Tokyo's help in abducting more Japanese citizens

North Korea is demanding that Japan extradite four Japanese civil rights activists who have helped North Koreans flee the country.

The Rodong Shinmun, the mouthpiece of the Workers' Party, said this:
The abduction of our people in the guise of a nongovernmental organization (NGO) is an apparent crime and a human rights violation.
Let it be known that if anyone is going to vi0late the human rights of North Koreans, it will be the North Koreans themselves.

Sadly, this outrageous story is not an April Fools joke.
