HIV status not a justifiable reason for deportation

A Korean court has ruled that having HIV is not a justifiable reason for forcing a foreign national out of Korea. If Korea is to keep its HIV rate low, it's going to have to do it through screening, treatment, and prevention, not by kicking out those who have it. (Reminds me of California's Proposition 64 of 1986).
