$1 billion Korean Air plaza in downtown L.A.

An optimistic Korean Air is planning to build a $1 billion hotel and business complex not far from the Koreatown section of Los Angeles, at Wilshire Boulevard and Figueroa, just east of the Harbor Freeway.

It will be the first high-rise in the area since 1992. They're anticipating that things will be ready to go by the time the depression unfortunate economic downturn is over.

My main reason for running this story is that I like architect mockups.
