light blogging until Monday/Tuesday

My minions may have noticed that I haven't posted anything new for a while. This weekend has been an unfortunate confluence of research work due on Saturday and Sunday (I'm a research assistant, which is how my bills are paid and my tuition is waived), a paper on the economic principles behind SCHIP, and some documentary-related stuff.

Yes, believe it or not, this Kushibo has a life outside of blogging.

I had thought about sending out random posts via my iPhone while shopping at Safeway, but I didn't find anything really Korea-relevant, other than affordable food that would require a chŏnsé deposit were I to purchase them in Seoul.

Oh, and still no sign of Ben

In the meantime, for all my readers who are or have ever been English instructors in Korea, I encourage you to share stories — both good and bad, with solutions for the bad, when possible — for a project my company is working on.

UPDATE:
I should not have eaten the carob-coated malt balls. I should have listened to the AFKN commercial admonishing me, "Don't shop when you're hungry, no, no, no!"
