Are you in the Dear Leader's Fave 5?

The Los Angeles Times has a follow-up report on Egypt-based Orascom Telecom's development of North Korea's 3G cellular phone network. At $300 per phone in a country where the per capita GDP is $1150, they're just not for everyone.
