Justice being served?

The New York Times has an interesting article on a labor organization in the United States that, among other things, helps immigrants workers collect money they've won in lawsuits.

The immigrants are often Koreans, and so are the people they're suing. The story focuses on Susan Kim, who successfully sued her former employer, a nail salon, winning $182,000 in back pay, overtime wages, and damages (and $150,000 more than she was asking).
