South Korea investigating Qualcomm?

I hope we don't have another Lone Star on our hands, but it appears that authorities in Seoul are looking into potentially illegal activities by chip manufacturer Qualcomm, whose product is in loads and loads of cellular phones (see also here). They're specifically looking at "the inclusion of multimedia features in Qualcomm's chips and rebates for customers."
