Pearls of witticism from 'Bo the Blogger: Kushibo's Korea blog... Kushibo-e Kibun... Now with Less kimchi, more nunchi. Random thoughts and commentary (and indiscernibly opaque humor) about selected social, political, economic, and health-related issues of the day affecting "foreans," Koreans, Korea and East Asia, along with the US, especially Hawaii, Orange County and the rest of California, plus anything else that is deemed worthy of discussion. Forza Corea!

Makapau point - KangajiReplyDelete
That's right. There to the left of that landmass that juts out into the sea is Makapu'u Lighthouse, at about the easternmost point on Oahu.ReplyDelete
This photo was taken from what I believe is Makapu'u Beach, near or in the district/town of Waimanalo. Just to the right of the camera's view is a bunch of surfers braving the waves.
This was taken as I was coming home from boogie boarding at Waimanalo State Beach. The varied colors of the ocean right here are amazing.
